This 1968 cottage-style home was completely transformed through a full-scale remodel that redefined both its layout and livability. By reworking the floor plan from the ground up, we created more efficient, functional spaces that feel open, updated, and tailored to the homeowners’ everyday needs.
The renovation included all new electrical and HVAC systems, a new roof, energy-efficient windows, updated flooring throughout, and brand-new appliances and finishes. Each element was carefully selected to modernize the home while maintaining its original charm and character.
A key goal of this project was to support aging in place. Wide doorways, a zero-entry shower, and thoughtfully integrated grab bars were incorporated seamlessly into the design—enhancing accessibility without compromising style.
The exterior received an equally impactful refresh with new siding, updated gutters, and a fresh paint color that elevates the home’s curb appeal. The result is a cohesive, future-ready cottage that balances comfort, durability, and timeless design.
