Current Projects

Soda Remodel

The owners previously remodeled the main floor of this 1962 built house and now the time has come to breathe new life into the basement.  
The work includes updated mechanicals, new drywall/flooring,
 a bathroom and kitchenette.     

Timbers Remodel

While we couldn't do much in this smaller kitchen to change the configuration, we did remove the soffits above the wall cabinets to make the room feel larger.  New can lights provide more light in the larger space with new dark grey cabinets and quartz counters.
