This 1982 Spanish villa was reimagined with a fully renovated primary suite and bathroom designed to feel like a private, spa-inspired retreat. Honoring the home’s original architectural roots, the new layout blends timeless Spanish influence with modern luxury and thoughtful functionality.
The primary bathroom was completely transformed with all new finishes, imported tile, and custom lighting that creates warmth and ambiance throughout the space. A sauna and statement soaking tub serve as focal points, elevating the room into a true wellness experience. Every material and detail was selected to enhance both comfort and visual impact while remaining true to the home's character.
In the bedroom, the existing fireplace was refinished to restore its presence, complemented by updated electrical for layered lighting and a fresh, cohesive paint palette. The result is a serene and inviting primary suite that seamlessly balances old-world charm with contemporary design and craftsmanship.
