This project involved a complete redo of the main floor of the house.  Major framing was involved to create a solid floor structure and open up the floor plan with an accent on the homeowner's view of the Cedar River.  A new beam was installed to carry the load of the 2nd floor and all new interior walls and stair structure were framed.  All new plumbing & electrical was installed.  The highlight of the house is definitely the stunning kitchen.  White shaker cabinets, stone tops and diamond backsplash tile give sophistication and feel like a work of art.  The house also received new vinyl plank flooring, trim and paint throughout the first floor.
