This new construction project created a living space for the owner’s parents on their property.  In the compact 25’ x  60’ shell, it consists of a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an attached 2 car garage.  This build incorporated many efficient products/technologies which should make it a comfortable and long-lasting structure.  These include smart framing with studs at 2’ on center, installation of heat pump system and tankless water heater.  Exterior features a standing seam metal roof and Hardie siding.
