This house required a complete remodel before new owners moved in.  The major items that were completed included gutting and redoing the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, all new flooring/trim/paint inside and constructing a new deck with poured concrete patio area underneath.  Non load-bearing walls between the kitchen, living room and dining area were removed to create open space and feel.  The house was kept light and bright with the white shaker cabinets with quartz countertops, and walnut butcher block on the island.
