Our clients are the original owners of this house built in 1988.  The house had all of it's original finishes and the owners were ready for a complete overhaul of the house.  The kitchen configuration remained the same but increased the number of cabinets and designed a custom hood to create a visual contrast.  We enlarged the master bathroom and eliminated the tub to allow for a larger shower and double vanity with added storage cabinet.  An electric fireplace was added in both the living room and the family room.  The living room unit received a stone surround with live edge slab top.  The family room fireplace build-out received a black venetian plaster finish applied and custom cabinets  installed to house all the AV equipment.  Other work in the house included new vinyl plank flooring, new doors, trim work and a complete paint job.  The house is now ready for the next 35 years of living!                                                                     Project Cost Range: $$$$
