SHADOW RUN
This 30-year-old bathroom was ready for some new life. Out went the old built-in tub and small shower stall, in with the new open feel bathroom. The bathroom door was relocated to allow for a large walk-in shower stall. New freestanding tub and furniture-like vanity keep the open feel in the room. Vinyl plank flooring was installed in the bathroom and adjacent closet with new barn doors leading to both rooms.

Two years after completing the bathroom above, we returned and built the patio structure below for the clients.
The structure included 3 skylights, wiring for outlets and fans in it and covering the underside with tongue and groove pine boards.
